Lara Logan

 Lara Logan (born 29/03/71) is a South African television, radio and war reporter. She was a reporter for CBS News between 2002 and 2018.60 Minutes executive producer Jeff Fager called her factually inaccurate and politically slanted report on the 2012 Benghazi attack "the most regrettable mistake of my 10-year-watch." She joined the Sinclair Broadcast Group in 2019 which is a conservative media corporation. 4 On January 4, 2020 she was a part of Fox Nation. Fox News operates a subscription streaming site. In March 2022, she announced that she had been "dumped" by the network. Logan worked as a journalist for the Sunday Tribune of Durban during her studies (1988-1989) and then the Daily News of the city (1990-1992). In 1992, she was hired by Reuters Television in Africa, predominantly as an executive producer. After four years, she moved to freelance journalism. Assignments included those as an editor/reporter/reporter for ITN, Fox/SKY News in London, CBS News, ABC News in London, NBC, NBC and European Broadcasting Union. Reporting on news events like the 1998 bombings of the United States Embassy in Nairobi and Tanzania, conflict in Northern Ireland and the Kosovo war, she was employed by CNN.
